We at ‘Biel’ are committed to protecting your privacy as an online client. We use the information you give us to process orders and to help us continue to provide a quality service.
When you place an order we need the following information: your name, email address, delivery address, credit card or debit card number, card expiry date, security code and telephone number (for urgent contact if there is a problem with your order and for delivery purposes).
If you sign up for our email newsletter we may notify you about new services we offer, changes to the website and any special or seasonal offers. If you do not want to receive this information please click unsubscribe or inform us by email.
We do not share any of your details with other companies other than those that are needed to authorise your payment and complete the delivery.
If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org . We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.
USE AND SECURITY
You are personally responsible for your use of this site. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use or breach of security. We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. Any payment transactions on this site are processed by a secure online payment gateway and details are not stored on our server. Payment can be made by PayPal, Visa or MasterCard. Payment will be cleared from your account upon dispatch of your order.
Although we employ all reasonable care to ensure that details of your order and payment are held secure, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from Biel online shop. .We cannot be held liable for any delay or non-delivery due to validation checks or if we are unable to obtain authorisation of payment.
You agree to abide by all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations and are solely responsible for all acts or omissions that occur under your usage, including the content of your transmissions through the website. All information, designs and other information provided on the website are the exclusive property of Biel.
You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our site, the server on which our site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our site. You must not attack our site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack.
By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use our site will cease immediately.
We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of our site or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.
We have made every effort to ensure photography, descriptions and details are correct and accurate, however, there may be slight variations in colour and texture in reality from the photographed product. As this is due to the photographic process and the calibration and settings of individual computer screens, we cannot guarantee an exact match to the product as displayed on your screen.
Please note all measurements are approximate.
We will endeavour to hold sufficient stock to meet all orders. However, we will inform you as soon as possible if goods you have ordered are not available and give you an expected delivery time.
In the unlikely event an item is out of stock, we will refund you the full amount or in the case of multiple items, we will part–ship the remainder of your order and refund the outstanding amount.
PRICE OF GOODS
All relevant import, export or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. As certain countries may charge additional customs fees, Bridie Mullin Ltd cannot reimburse you for any additional fees incurred as a result of importing goods. VAT is not charged on any goods as the company is not yet liable for VAT.
SHIPPING AND POSTAGE
If you order before 2.00pm Monday – Friday, your order will leave the same day. If you order after 2.00pm on Friday or over the weekend, your order will leave on the following Monday.
Postage charges are as follows:
- UK, Republic of Ireland and rest of Europe – £6.00
- USA and Canada – £12.00
- Rest of World – £15.00
- Some deliveries may require a signature on delivery. If you will not be available, please nominate a secure delivery address where someone is available to sign. Bridie Mullin Ltd cannot accept any liability for any alternative delivery instructions which you give to the delivery company, should you fail to receive your goods.
- We do not class Saturdays and Sundays as working days.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
We are happy to accept items returned within 14-days of your receipt of the goods. We will refund your credit or debit card once the items are received and processed. Items returned to us after the 14-day grace period will be eligible for an exchange/credit. Any returns received outside this time frame may be considered at our discretion, and may only be a credit against a future purchase.
Please understand that items must be returned to us in the same condition as they were shipped. They must be in an unused and perfectly saleable condition. We reserves the right to refuse a return if it is determined that an item has been worn and then returned for any reason other than being ‘faulty’. Payments for returns are the Customer’s responsibility.
All dispatched orders will include a confirmation outlining your purchase details, our contact details and return address. Please insert the original confirmation document in the returned parcel. Without this we may not be able to track your details. Following inspection an email shall be sent confirming receipt and you will be refunded the amount due through the original method of payment, excluding original postage charge where applicable. You should expect to see the refund in your account within 5 working days from receipt of this email; however some banks may take longer. If you have not received this money into your account after 10 working days you should contact us on email@example.com
We are happy to exchange a product for the same product but in a different size, if available pending the product being returned is new, unused and in an unworn condition with tags attached and in original packaging. If a different product is requested then a new order must be completed on the website by the user.
